#MindfulEatingTips 🌸 • Strawberry #Smoothie : This delicious smoothie concoction is the perfect “wake me up please”. 


Recipe (makes 2-3 servings): 


• 2 cups of strawberries
• 1 cup of your chosen mixer - could be almond milk, coconut water, coconut milk etc (or Greek yoghurt)
• 2 cups of diced watermelon (frozen is always fun!)
• 1 teaspoon of lemon juice 
• Optional tea spoon of honey


Blend all ingredients and serve with cute straws. 😊
